Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
A return authorisation must be obtained before sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent).
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
If the item is faulty or incorrect upon arrival
If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Diff Core Returns
If you’ve purchased an exchange diff, the core must be returned within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Core refunds are subject to inspection. No refund will be provided if the returned unit is damaged beyond repair or missing key components.
