This Nissan GTR 4.11 Ring and Pinion is a brand new genuine Nissan ring and pinion set. Specifically, it runs a 4.11 ratio and suits the R200 big bearing differential, the housing used across the R32, R33, and R34 GTR model range. Choosing a genuine part avoids the fitment and tolerance guesswork that can come with a lower-cost aftermarket alternative.
In particular, this genuine part matches factory tolerances and gear mesh exactly, since Nissan builds it specifically for the R200 big bearing diff housing used on GTR models. However, it does not suit the later R200-style differentials found in vehicles like the 350Z. Those use a different bearing arrangement and won’t accept this gear set.
